WELCOME TO ALLENDALE ACRES COMMUNITY GARDEN
Allendale acres is committed to serving our community by teaching garden diversity and creating a legacy of sustainability

Our Mission
Community gardens offer a place where residents can gather to cultivate plants, vegetables, and fruits. Â In addition to giving people the opportunity to grow fresh produce, the garden will provide a social space for neighbors to connect and get some exercise. Allendale Acres garden will also promote safety, resource conservation, and economic vitality for the residents of district 2 by enhancing healthy connections between earth, food, and community. We feel that our garden is the perfect catalyst to foster knowledge, teach skills, and provide opportunities that ensure access to affordable, nutritious food that is locally based and sustainably produced. Â The Sheraden community garden promotes the holistic role that food plays in creating a healthy society on a community and individual level.
